Being a nature conservationist and resident of Nicaragua, yoga and wellness practices intertwine with our deep connection to nature and preservation of the planet and culture. The more connected to ourselves, the more connected to nature and in tune  with the presence of all of life.  Layna has studied techniques of this connection throughout Central and South America, India and Sri Lanka. With an integration of breath, asana, reiki, mediation, chi, wisdom and devotion; yoga dissolves into a way of life rather than a practice. Kimberly DePasquale, E-RYT 500

Kimberly DePasquale is an international yoga retreat leader, energy healer, and animal-assisted therapy facilitator devoted to helping others awaken their inner wisdom through movement, nature, and connection. A certified E-RYT 500 with Yoga Alliance, she is an expert in the chakra system and breathwork, guiding students to align body, mind, and spirit through energetic awareness and deep intentionality. Her teaching dances with the elements—earth, water, fire, air, and space—reminding students that we are one with all. Each retreat she leads is a sacred invitation to return home to the heart, awaken the senses, and live in harmony with the rhythm of life

Volunteer with the Brigada de Limpeza de Gigante by    cleaning the beach alongside local kids as they develop a deeper relationship with the environment and how to care for thier home. Your proceeds from the trip go towards school supplies and soccer/surf gear for the local kids who do not have much. Get to know the kids, learn a new language and play like a kid!
